Designs and codes from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and Implements moderately complex software applications

• Network Engineering Administration
• VMS Development Experience in C Programming
• 5+ Years of hands on Open VMS Development Experience in C Programming
• Very strong in VMS socket multinet programming
• Ability to create DCL command procedures
• Very strong in using RTL System services calls
• Knowledge of Codasyl-DBMS is preferable
• Experience using Decset Tools
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Understand HTTP protocol and how it works

• Needs Analysis and Design

• Process Organizational Skills
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
